Pan details are not available in e-filling it department

Hi Raja Good Morning, and All

This is the first time i am filing IT.

I have form 16 pdf forms . I have uploaded in cleartax website.

then when i try to fill pan card  details in e-filling port i.e find the below link

https://portal.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/e-Filing/Services/KnowYourPanLinkGS.H T M L 

am getting no records found .

Please assist on this..

As per my understanding , my pan card details are not entered in IT department or the pan card which i got is fake .

Please help me ..! or guide me to complete this process..!

Hi All,

Now am able to register  through the e-filing site. But the thing is ,

my name is Renoji Rao C .

But in pan details the name is displayed as Chandroji Rao  as the first name and Surname is Renoji Rao.

The Name in the aadhar is Renoji Rao C

but the name in pan card is Name :Renoji Rao C

Father Name :Chandroji Rao 

Will it make any difference or can i proceed with same . If not , please assist me
