i have recieved my pan card but there one is problem that my birth date is wrong and my parents name also wrong so pls help me out from this queires

I have lossed my PAN card.
How can I apply for new with same PAN No.

If u hav lost u r pan card or you have some corrections to be made you can Apply for corrections. ok cooll.............
