One of the employee of our company having two PAN numbers. IN Q1 Q2 AND Q3 the first Pan used in the form 16 .
In the Q4 the other PAN used mistakenly.the JR of Q1 Q2 AND Q3 showing no defaults what to do in this case ?

Dear Sir,
You can use the first PAN for the Q4 also by filing revised etds return. However that employee has to take steps for cancellation/surendering of another PAN held by him.
