Pan card query

My Client already have a PAN Card. But, he has lost his PAN Card. he has xerox copy of PAN card.

Please, suggest the Procedure for issuing PAN card with same Number.

You have to fill

  • Request for New PAN Card or / and Changes or Correction in PAN Data Form form alongwith relevant documents to submitted. The details and form are in below link.

correction pan card ka form bharo and usme tick karo lost pancard me.

U have to fill the correction form....and tick on the lost card option...
