Pan card lost

go to income tax website and click on the link "know your pan". once you fill correct details, your pan no. with your name will be displayed on screen. take out a print out of the same. fill the pan correction form and enclose the copy of print out and also a copy of address proof. submit the form to tin-fc and you will receive a new pan card in few days

just file application for PAN with your existing Permanent Account Number
