PAN Card for Association of Person for flat maintenance

We have 8 flat in our premises. We had opened a bank account as XXX Flat Maintenance but now bank is asking for PAN Card. We are also not registered as Co-operative society and we do not have any by laws or registered association. then how to apply for PAN Card or Under which act i have to register.

Make MOU of the association and apply PAN under AOP.

U can established coporative society by registering on MCA website
