We, Nirmala Breeze Flat Owners Association, Kolkata applied for registration under West Bengal Apartment Owners Act. Due to long formalities it is taking time to complete. Meanwhile can we registered as AOP(Association of Persons) and get our PAN card done? also is it possible to open a bank account with AOP registration?
