Hi sir,

At present i am working in a MNC company and i want to start a new Business (Sole proprieter) along with my job.

Now the question is, My Pan card already used in my company salary account. Is there any problem for using same Pan Card for my business?

If Yes, How can i proceed further to get Pan Card?

 

Pls suggest me

no problem 

one person can`t carry 2 pan no

only one pan no  allowed for one person

having 2 pan card of single person is an offence

No problem you can register your sole proprietary firm with same PAN

Then you would require Import Export Code (IEC) No. also. Register for GST.

GST registration not yet started possibility of starting in June or July depending upon the date of applicability.
