If status of assessee changes, new PAN is required. So, don't apply for 'Change/Correction in PAN Card' because it is used for change in name/dob/address etc or you may use it if your PAN card is lost so that PAN will remain same.

But in your case you need a new PAN because your status has been changed from Company to LLP. So, surrender your current PAN and apply for new PAN.......

You need to apply for fresh PAN Card as your status has been changed from Company to LLP, and while applying for fresh PAN Card of LLP you need to attach closure certificate of co. and Incorporation or conversion certificate of LLP.

You are suppose to apply for fresh (new) PAN CARD for PARTNERSHIP LLP and second application for cancellation of PAN in the name of CO.
