but he is minor so he has to fill coloumn no.14 which is of Representative Assessee
yes he can apply for pan card,last year i baby of just 40 days applied for pan card and received the same from authorities thr is no minimum age specified to apply for d same.coz a minar can be a benefited by any contract n can earn income from such source so thr is no provision to prevent him to apply pan card
