Yes, Minor can have a PAN but the procedure is following-- 1. A Minor can't make an application for allotment of PAN otherwise through a representative assessee. 2. Details of representative assessee as required in the Form 49A is to be filled. 3. ID & Address proof of the representative assessee has to be submitted. 4.
