A person is holding a indian passport, means Indian nationality, but he resides with parents in United kingdom.
he is 22 years of age. he holds aadhaar card. Now he wants to get pan card. which form we use for pan 49A or 49AA. Please guide.

Has he taken Citizenship of UK ?. How many years, moths he is in UK ?.
Form 49A is used in this case.
