If Grand father name is not available in pan. What r the procedure to be followed?

Hi - For applying DIN eForm DIN-1 has to be filled, follow the offline eFiling process. For more details regarding the same visit https://www.mca.gov.in/MCA21/Din.html.,
For abbrevations / non availability of fathers name and other problem relating to supporting documents, you can submit affidavit as attached for the same.
