Is a Partnership deed compulsory required to be registered for making an PAN application or a Notarized Partnership deed will do ???

Quick Summary
To apply for a Partnership Firm PAN card, a registered partnership deed is not compulsory. A notarised partnership deed, along with the PAN and Aadhaar details of the partners, is sufficient for the application process. The firm itself does not need to be formally registered to obtain a PAN.

Partnership firm need not be registered for obtaining PAN, Partnership deed and pan,adhar of partners are enough for PAN application of Partnership firm
