Please advice with my query below ,
My father has a problem here where his PAN Name shows as 'PANDIA RATHNA VEL' and Aadhar shows as 'RATHNAVEL PANDIAN'.Actually Aadhar name is correct.
Thangarajan is my Grandfathers NAME. While trying to link AAdhar & PAN for my father it did not accept due to difference in name. Finally we decided to change the name of Aadhar to 'PANDIA RATHNA VEL' ('N' for PANDIAN not captured in PAN Card) and have submited the returns sucessfuly as adviced by my auditor.
I am now worried because PANDIA RATHNA VEL is not my fathers name and it has to be RATHNAVEL PANDIAN'. I understand that it will be difficult to reserve tickets , registration and other activities from here on.
Shall i revert it back to actual in Aadhar. Will that affect returns submission next year,
Please advice what to do.
