Sir, In the case of NRI, Aadhar card is not available in India, however He poses the PAN card, but for filing of Income Tax Return of NRI, Aadhar is a must ? kindly advise

No, non-resident do not need Aadhar for bank accounts and tax returns.

Aadhaar is not required for NRI ITR filing but for e verification one must generate EVC or Aadhaar OTP or use net Banking
One is adhaar based otp and another is evc . But if adhaar and pan is linked then it works.

You can also print sign and send them the paper!

It is clear there is no Aadhar. So how is this link response in any way relevant here?

If NRI stays in India then he may sign it but if he stays outside India ?

Print it, sign it and post it from anywhere in the world.

Or send it to whoever is helping you with your taxes or a friend or relative and ask them to post it.
