most of the problems in paduka are similar to ICAI study material and practice manual, but some problems are given thier own prepared ones.

Theory question in chp 1 and chp2 you must study on ICAI study material.

I am also prepared in padukas for ipcc grp2 exams, i observed some of the similar problems in paduka are solved in different approach compared to study material and thier is a clarical mistakes in paduka material.

but remember your answer in exams are as per ICAI point of view. Their is a changes in exam question paper  10 to 15 marks are asked entairly new onces.

My opinion you must prepare for Study material, practice manual and last four attempts RTP's and Most test papers.

agree with sarath... more meaningful if follow icai material and time is also more or less same. as Amit said it is always recommended to take coaching from a good faculty which saves time and keep us focussed on exams requirements

padhuka is best book. the syllabys should be framed and given in that manner. really Padhuka has their own level of knowledge they dont depend or copy study material like other authors do. thats why at some places their apporach differs from ICAI. But knowledge wise no author can beat padhuka. salute to padhuka author. with padhuka you can score 80+ also. 

But for passing we need to follow ICAI same language. but at the same time ICAI module is beyond understanding. Its very complecated. so first complete the course from padhuka book then go for ICAI study material. padhuka gives concepts in very logical and understandable manner, so first learn the concept from padhuka and then follow ICAI material. Alone ICAI material will get you boared in 2-3 days. 

hey and buy padhuka book for ISCA also. ISCA - question bank. great book. just see it. 

Do NOT go for parag gupta, just don't. Zero conceptual clarity, all he does is utter nonsense. Thinks himself to be a dashing Greek God and can often be heard saying that he's already married and students in his class has no chance on him. Utter nonsense, not a teacher for ca final in any sense

I have my friends who have taken classes from him, none of them have ever praised him. Goodwill he had is already vanished, can be seen from the strength of his class which has dropped down badly. Hardly 30 students are present in his class. Such bad time has come that he's trying to gain market through all means, even by selling classes in pendrive. He'll praise his friend aaditya jain who's a SFM teacher. Zero conceptual clarity. Utter nonsense.

I won't suggest you any teacher's name. Unlike others I'm not somebody's PR agent. Following institutes material will fetch you marks. Beware of people advertising teachers. As if they are going to get incentives for fetching students and wasting the hard earned money of their parents. Nonsense
