CHANGE PROMOTER / OWNER AND ADD NEW ONE
no can't change the ownership without surrendering ur GSTN. yes u can transfer ur business to another GSTN no. in process of cancellation of ur GSTn
Can we cancell old GSTIN, and apply for new GSTIN for new owner in this situation?
