an oversize load (or overweight load) is a load that exceeds the standard or ordinary legal size and/or weight limits for a specified portion of road, highway or other transport
eg. if suppose a truck has loaded 22 feet long tmt rods, but the platform of truck is only 20 feet then it falls under definition of ODC
