If a party not paying the due amount from last 6 months then what will be the next step... as the saler already paid the tax against the supply of goods in the form of GSTR 1.
Any rules are not getting the payments on time Or unrecoverable amount.

You can issue him a notice under MSME Act via MSME Samadhan.
The legal case can only be filed if you are an MSME.
If payment is not made within 180days then the purchaser should reverse the ITC..You may inform the same to GST Officer
