I SEE NOTICE FROM IT DEPARTMENT OF RS 13000 /- FOR AY 2009-2010 I SEE IT FROM PENDING ACTION-OUTSTANDING DEMAND WHILE FILLING ONLINE RETURN FOR AY 2014-2015 I HAVE REFUND FOR AY 20.14-2015 OF RS 11000/- MY QUESTION
WHAT I DO SO AS MY REFUND DO NOT SETT OFF AGIST REFUND
I HAVE NOT COPY OF ITR FOR AY 2009-10 & NO CLARIFICATION BY AO ABOUT DEMAND
PLZ SUGGEST
go to your juridictional AO and ask for your demand order which give the bifurcation of demand raised by dept.it does not required any itr copy for that demand order
i had gone to it gept but they did not much more response...no any biferfication given by them
You may submit online response to outstanding demand by selecting disagree with demand. If the department is not co-operating you may file an online grievance on pgportal.gov.in to Department of Revenue giving entire details.
