Outsourcing of us from india by llp- whether profession or business ??
ABC llp is doing outsourcing work of doctors and lawyers based US from India. During the year 15-16 is has received fees/gross receipts - Rs.60 lacs ?? employees working are normal graduates.
i am confused whether it is profession or business and whether tax audit is applicable or not ??
