I have received a mail from TDS Department, they ask me that my mail id is showing in many parties email address, they want reply on this matter.
what should i have to do, in current and in future.

Now it is mandatory to use client's mail Id while filing returns. So when u use ur Id for many PANs the query has come. Reply to TDS dept explaining the circumstances.
Can I Got Authority letter from party to mantion my ID and contect no for return purpose, and if possible, please provide me formate of authority letter
