Order for dropping the proceedings for cancellation of registration

Dear Sir / Madam,

We got "Show Cause Notice for Cancellation of Registration" on 21/12/2018. After that we met GST officer and got extra times for filing GSTR-3B return.

Now I got Order as following...

SUB : "Order for Dropping the Proceedings for Cancellation of Registration"

This has reference to your reply dated 26/12/2018 in response to the notice to show cause notice dated 21/12/2018. Upon consideration of your reply and/or submissions made during hearing, the proceedings initiated for cancellation of registration stands vacated due to following reasons

DEALER DETAILS ARE VERIFIED AND FOUND IN ORDER. DEALER HAS FILED MONTHLY RETURNS .HENCE THIS CANCELLATION PROCEEDINGS HAS BEEN DROPPED...

But,

I can't understand this order.

What is this Order says..?

Is registration Cancelled or postponed or what...?
