i have ordered my rtp books 4 days ago but till now i haven't yet received books. what to do . i mean to whom shall i contact .. pls hlp !!!

I have ordered the books from ICAI site on 02/12/2103. Till now i dont get any information.

How we will know the status of Order. to whom we need to contact for the same.

i have ordered books online but no response is der.

DId you receive the books finally..I have also ordered yesterday on 05/08/2014..but there is no system of tracking the same..and in how many days it will be delivered ..

This online facility has been available since long Theres nothing new in it
