Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the eligibility criteria for opting into the composition scheme under new regulations. It confirms that eligibility is determined by the total turnover across all India based on the PAN, not by individual branch turnovers. Therefore, if your company's All India PAN-based turnover exceeds the threshold of 1.5 crore, you are eligible to opt for the composition scheme, regardless of individual branch performance.

No, you have to check on all India PAN base turnover for eligibility of composition schemes.

If All india PAN based turnover exceed the threshold of 1.5 crore, than you are eligible to opt for composition scheme at any branch in india.
No composition scheme is pan based
