Am a Aluminium windows fabricator from Chennai(TamilNadu) and have subcontractors to execute works and currently in the WCTVAT of 70% value @ 4% scheme.
I have heard that if we are in this scheme then we cannot purchase goods from interstate. kindly elaborate on this.
There is no such provision that you cannot make interstate purchases or imports. I have seen many people who are buying products outside state. Though i am not that sure of the provisions in Tamilnadu but there is no such provisions in karnataka
