Opt out of composition scheme

I want to voluntarily opt out from composition scheme from 01/04/2020. Till when should I file form gst cmp 04 ie can I file it today or I will be able to file it after 01st April 20 onwards.

GST CMP-04 has to be filed within 7 days from the date on which the taxpayer plan to opt out of Composition Scheme or is ineligible to be covered in the scheme.
