Dear Friends,

I would like to share my experience with CA course. I registered for CA-PE-2 in the year 2005 when i was in the final year of my B.Com. I tried couple of attempts but couldn't clear my groups. Later on due to sever financial problems, I joined in MNC company and worked for nearly 7 years and after that i converted from PE-2 to IPCC in the year 2010. After conversion, I gave again couple of attempts but couldn't clear any of the groups of IPCC. Now i seriously decided to complete my CA course at any cost but here i have few doubts...Now i am 31 years old...I may be 35 years old by the time i complete my CA if I start now. My doubt is whether any opportunities are availlable for a person who completes CA after 35 years.

I request you all my dear friends please share your valueble suggestions regarding opportunities....

Sir there are is no age bar in this profession. There are a lot of people who wish to become CA. But, their age factors, family responsibility etc will prevent them to become their goal. But there is one man who proven that age factor is not a limiting factor if you have a strong will and the name of that person is Shri S.D. Bala. He served State Bank of India for a period of 26 years and after attained the age of 56 (that is a retirement age) have an ambition to become CA. He started the articleship (Not dummy) in the age of 56 years. Though age wise he is 56 years old, but his mind is young. Finally he is qualified as CA 13 days before he attained the age of 60 years. So, if you have strOng desire to become C.A. just go for it. Definately there will be opportunities if you have that positive attitude, knowledge and skills.
