Operating lease disclosure!

There is no such requirement for disclouser of Rental Expenses in operating Lease. You are required to disclose it in Financial Lease.

There must be some disclosure required atleast in operating lease???

If the Lessee sub let the property, then he is require to disclose it.

1 Lease rentals for not more than one yr

2 one to five year

3 five year & above
