Opening of new pvt ltd company

Hi Dude,

You have to register it FIRST OF ALL. There is no scope for after registration. When you will register the company, you will get the 'Incorporation Certificate' from ROC. Then only you can commence the business.

Fees for registering the Company is within range of Rs. 17,000/- to 20,000/- generally.

I guess you know the Incorporation procedure (since you have not asked THAT in question). If you have any problem with that, ask accordingly.

First of all u hv  to register the Company. The cost for the company will be depend upon the Authorised Capital of the Company. A Pavt ltd co. cn be incorporated with 1lac of capital which will cost u Rs. 4,800 for ROC registrationt fees, its a one time fees, n the stamp duty to be paid which wil be Rs. 1500 n the professional charges. These r t basic cost to be incurred.
