Job Descripttion
~ Handle engagements related to Direct Tax Laws, Appeals, Corporate Tax restructuring, Tax Advisory and consulting.
~ Deal with International Tax and treaties related matter and handle FEMA / RBI compliance.
~ Client Service Delivery Execution - Executes the work on a multiple client base. Assumes near independent responsibility for smaller clients including corporate tax computation and return filing, Tax advisory including tax planning, Drafting of appeals and submissions for appellate proceedings and other Corporate Tax Advisory work which comes under the scope of the engagement. Develops rapport with middle layers of client management

~ CA with 3 to 10 years of experience in Direct Tax
~ General knowledge of tax laws with specialized knowledge in technical areas
~ Excellent supervisory, analytical and leadership ability
~ Strong written and verbal communication skills
~ A commitment to learning in a tax technology environment
~ Displays strong interpersonal skills
~ Competent in discharging supervisory responsibilities and in effective delegation
~ Acts as a communication channel in resolving people related issues
~ Identifies potential people issues for group of junior colleagues
Experience 3 - 10 Years
