Only the Graduation Degree from a recognised university matters. The mode (i.e full time or distance) in which the degree is pursued isn't important.

yes students of open universities are eligible to apply for PG examz.... 

mr sahil; i advise you not to go for graduation from open university. and if that is from icai linked programee;then surely don't go for it. i have seen students crying due to such bogus programmes. If something happens due to that in future;; icai wont take responsibility and u will have file a court case against them
