I live in kolkata but i selected bangalore for campus and i have not been shortlisted by any company. do companies conduct open interview at campus and is there any point in going for it? i mean do they recruit ppl in open interview?
please suggest cos i dont know whether i shud go or not.
As i konw there is requirement of Shortlisting before you going to Interview.
If they have not slected u it might be possible that they can conduct open interview its depend upon company.
