WE ARE MANUFACTURER AND WANT TO SALE AGAINST CT-1. WE HAVE NOT FIXED ORDER QUANTITY. CAN WE ISSUE CT-1 FOR AVARAGE BASIS FROM THE DEPARTMENT. WHAT WILL BE THE PROCEDURE TO CANCEL BALANCE QUANTITY CT-1. PL ADVICE ANY SUITABLE PROCEDURE.

You can raise the PO to your supplier based on your tentative orders and procure the CT-1 for PO quantity. If you have not procured the CT-1 quantity within the stipulated time limit , You have to get unutilisation certificate from your supplier range office through your supplier to close/cancel the CT-1
