Open a new unit in same state

Hello everyone,

one pharmaceutical pvt Ltd company registered in Uttar Pradesh last year.

company main business is trading.

now company want to open a new centre for blood test on another name in same state in different district.

there is some point which are following :-

1) all fixed assets purchased by pharmaceutical pvt Ltd name and payment process from pvt ltd
2) all advertisement and report card printed on new blood centre name and billing also on new name but bank account linked for any payment receipt is of pharmaceutical pvt Ltd.

now questions is that how we maintain accounting, billing, and what necessary registration required right now.

is we need to update any branch name on gst portal.

gst on name of pvt ltd

plz suggest asap.
