Whether Digital signature is mandatory for Nominee while incoporating a OPC?

For incorporation of One Person Company, the nominee is required to give his/her consent through form INC – 3, which is required to be signed physically. In said form, we can associate details with DIN of nominee, if any. However, providing DIN is not mandatory and therefore the requirement of DSC does not arise for the incorporation process of OPC. Permanent Accounting Number can be furnished instead of DIN.
