We are in a process of shifting the registered address of ONE PERSON COMPANY from one place to another within the same state and ROC
What is the procedure to file the same with the ROC ?
Can you please guide me with the set of docuements required for filing MGT - 14 and INC 22?
Does a ONE PERSON company require to submit EGM ?

Thank you for the info, but we fall under this category :
SHIFTING OF REGISTERED OFFICE OUTSIDE THE LOCAL LIMITS OF THE CITY, TOWN OR VILLAGE
WHERE THE REGISTERED OFFICE IS ORIGINALLY SITUATED AND WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF
SAME ROC
and nowhere there is the mention of OPC for the above category. OPC is mentioned for other categories.
I have infact prepared the following documents :
Board Resolution
EGM Notice
EGM
But as this is a ONE PERSON COMPANY , Do we require to pass a EGM? There is only one director. My CA has no idea on this !
