sir during password reset for income tax portal id only one option is coming that Bank EVC.
the other option are not coming like adhar otp, efiling otp etc.
How can be this option changed from EVC to otp etc.

Sometimes browser issues or site can cause problems so you will try after some time.
Happened to me too. not once too many times
Aadhar server may b down or facing issues.
