I paid TDS online thru Axis Bank yesterday and while filling the form online, i ticked 0020 COMPANY DEDUCTEE instead of 0021 NON COMPANY DEDUCTEE. Is there anyway I can correct this form today after the payment has already been made?

this is general problem these days you need not worry, as you can't correct this transactions you should not worry you have deposited TDS only company / non company is the difference.
just relax & file your TDS return.
u can not be so relax , u have to contact to the bank because there chences that u might recd query from TDS dept.
