Dear Dharmendra Kumar, you can do online registration of Service Tax. For the same, you may log on to www.aces.gov.in.
After completing online registration, you have to submit documents physically along with acknowledgement of online registration to Service Tax Dept.
Now only online registration is applicable and what ashish sir said is right.
