only TAN of deductor can be inserted whereas for form 16B we use PAN

There is no online procedure for such rectification. You need to contact Income Tax Department.
Dear Shradha,
You need to put the name of deductor, TAN of the deductor, and amount of TDS in your rectification.
For this you need to have CPC Communication reference no.
