Online ITR filing option is now not showing

Dear frds/ experts,

To file ITR for a.y.2022-23, I downloaded excel utility. (note: Java utility is not showing now). But due to macros problem, I couldn't use it. So I decided to use online mode of filing option. But when I select a.y. in the e-file option given in e-filing ITR portal, the mode of filing option disappears and asks to upload already filled data only. plz let me know a solution plzz...plz...plz....

You cannot file through online mode, you have to prepare jason file from offline utility or any other software like computax, genius etc.

Due to macros problem, I'm unable to use excel utility. Can u plz suggest other options ?

Then you have to prepare through return preparation software (computax, genius)... for macros problems you can refer to this link:

Already I have tried all the solutions for excel utility....still it's not running.....Anyhow I will try softwares that you suggested .....Thank you once again!!
