Online excise return filling not working?

Dear All,

Anyone can help to know that online excise return submission procedure working properly or not? I am trying to submit return from yesterday but some selection option is not working, It could be cause of javascriptt but I m not sure, please let me know about it, this is very urgent.

Hi, ritesh,

where you have strucked? if online is not possible.

you may download Excel utility and fill and generate *.xml file upload the same into aces.gov.in

Dear Sathya sir,

I have already try for offline process but that is also not working, there is option for selection of year and month is in off mode and showing blank.

I agree with you absolutely, I also got stucked in filing excise returns yesterday, on the same page of selecting Year and Month. Therefore I wrote a mail to aces helpdesk but they have not replied me yet, I also tried to communicate with toll free no. but didn't get a satisfactory reply.

Then I tried to file my returns with several different browsers but unfortunately could not be succeed.

At last, I tried to file my returns with another pc and amazingly problem has been solved and returns have been filed.

Therfore, in my experience, you should try to file your return on another pc.

You are very correct that such problems can be raised due to javascriptts therfore you shold avoid updating java runtime environment.

Hi ritesh some times due to congestion website of aces does not work on slower pcs, try this on any latest pc , becuase due to corrupt of any software file in our pc, aces site does not work properly, try on web site after office timings, because server has less load in off office timing thanks satveer 9871497176
