Online examination form

Dear Friends,

I am serving last 6 month of Article Training & I was PCC Student.
I have fiilled up Online Examination Form for CA Final and in that by mistake I have choosen INTERMIDIATE Student instead of PCC Student in Article Training Status.
Now please tell me what I have to do now.
Plz reply as soon as....!!
