One vote or two vote ???

Mr.Sanjay jain is a shareholder of Tata consultancy services .The company calling AGM on 1.4.2020 for instance..But due to some unavoidable situation Sanjay can't attain..... so Sanjay as per companies act 2013 what steps to made and what MCA form should be done???


suppose sanjay appointed a proxy himself as a person Mrs.pooja ,pooja also a shareholder of this Tata consultancy services .on this case can pooja vote two votes ,means she can vote himself also??
