I'am working in a Chartered Accountants firm from 23/03/2007 and this is my final year of articleship. In students newsletter for the month of Sep - 2009 president announced that one transfer shall be allowed to the students. I need full details on the announcement and can I take transfer since this is my final year.
It's urgent please help

one time amnesty is granted to those students which applied for transfer of articleship beore 11th july!
no transfer allowed........just amnesty is given to applications recieved for transfers till july...!!!!!!!!!!!!
