Asking for suggestion.
I'm a Fine Art Photographer .I stay with my parents. I started a home office , opened it as a one person company ( 1 year old) . Vakhilsearch did it for me.Business is in losses. Financially in a tough situation.I haven't filed tax yet . My father is a nominee , rental agreement between us got over by June 2018. Our current home where the company is registered, has been sold . Yet to move to the new home , probably by October 2018.My delay was due to approached CA's procrastinations . I'm going to try few more chartered accountants on this.I couldn't submit my tax SRN . I couldn't submit KYC . I couldn't change it to new address since all plans are hanging. HDFC current account / company's account is charging GST 30 INR every quarter , I have no clue on that.In this situation what would you advice me to do , I really could use some serious suggestions .I'm terribly stressed !! Do I have time to file SRN , KYC & Change of address with penalty ? if so how much time do I have ?
