can I write one group in old syllabus and other group in new at a time or

each attempt each group

at a time you can't write
first give old one
if you covert for new u have to give in new for both groups

u mean for 1st group I need to write first in old and not attempt I can write my second group in new if I clear my group 1 in old

yes.. if you once convert in new syllabus , you have to write new syllabus both groups...
so now you belong to old syllabus right then give under old syllabus .. if you complete any of the group then you need not write that group under new syllabus

yeah I got u .... actually I have gave attempt in old group 1 ... my frnd is suggesting me to take new course for second ... so if I won't clear now will I be able to write group 1 in old and grip 2 in new during Nov 18 was my question ....

No. Once you have converted you can write only new syllabus. So in case if you dont clear Group 1 in this exam and you have converted then you will write both group in Nov 18 under New Syllabus.
