One category in service tax registration

I am registering with ACES for service tax regiteration under manpower recruitment & supply agency but in ACES site their is only one category named ' not a service in negative list'. But when i am making payment under service tax their is no such category, so plz help me to come out from this situation.

For making the payment, you need to refer to the earlier codes as was applicable prior to 01-07-2012, until the department comes up with adequate change in GAR-7 form.
